IBM's Pervasive Computing site provides information
about its products - including wireless - for a new generation of
computing devices.
Client Challenge:
IBM wanted to present the full array of its pervasive
and wireless web products and services in a way that would be valuable
and useful for the diverse audiences interested in new technologies.
The Westport Company Response:
Our research strategy for IBM included concentrating
on target users' comparative reviews of IBM's Pervasive Computing
site and two competitive sites, and defining what audiences want
regarding both content and process.
As a result of our research, IBM improved its
site in ease of navigation, scope of information, and look and feel.
