Ensure that the CIGNA web site clearly communicates
the full range of CIGNA's core products and services to several
audiences, including consumers, human resource benefits managers,
insurance brokers and consultants, and physicians and other health
care providers.
Make sure that these diverse audiences, who
have a range of needs and internet sophistication, can find the
information and tools they need easily and without difficulty.

Through in-depth one-on-one interviews, we provided detailed
diagnostics on CIGNA.com, including patterns of navigation into
the site by several target audience segments. We tested language
and nomenclature as well as navigational processes, and the usability
of specific tools and functions.
Our work with CIGNA has enabled the company
to address and refine its online and interactive media for multiple
