Make sure that these diverse audiences, who have a range of needs and internet sophistication, can find the information and tools they need easily and without difficulty.

Through in-depth one-on-one interviews, we provided detailed diagnostics on CIGNA.com, including patterns of navigation into the site by several target audience segments. We tested language and nomenclature as well as navigational processes, and the usability of specific tools and functions.
