Marcus' clothing, fashion accessories, and home furnishings.
Client Challenge:
NeimanMarcus.com wanted to be sure that its customers
could access its merchandise easily and experience superior customer
service using its online store.

We used our Experience Probe one-on-one trials and interviews
to assess the content, organization, navigation, nomenclature, transactional
functionality, and e-commerce tools of the NeimanMarcus.com site.
As
a result, NeimanMarcus.com amended and refined the site to fit customers'
