Client Challenge:
IBM needed to identify which potential new content
areas and functions would add the most value for its target customers,
and which would fare best compared to competitive sites.
The

We talked to finance and IT professionals to
determine behavior and preferences regarding financing decisions
and financing information needs. We evaluated the value and utility
of IBM's site and key competitors' sites, including current and
proposed tools, content, and special functionality.
Our
findings gave IBM a blueprint for site design that reflects customer
expectations and needs.
