ADP offers a broad spectrum of technology-based
human resources, payroll, benefits and other outsourcing solutions
for businesses of all sizes.
Client Challenge:
ADP and it's agency, Temel, Inc., wanted to
be sure that its target users - small, medium and large businesses
- could easily navigate to specifically targeted content and functionality
from the ADP.com home page. In addition, the company wanted to
gauge
the site's overall impact on the brand experience.
The Westport Company Response:
Talking to respondents from all three target segments, we used
Experience Probe one-on-one trials and interviews to obtain detailed
diagnostics on navigation, both from ADP.com and within the various
business unit sub-sites, as well as the site's nomenclature, tools
and informational content.
As a result of our task-based trials, ADP was
able to identify navigation and nomenclature issues and assess users'
awareness of informational content and tools.
